The Alameda Chamber & Economic Alliance offers a variety of committees that focus on different aspects of our local business environment. These committees provide a platform for members to share their expertise, collaborate on projects, and advocate for policies that support a thriving economy.
Why Volunteer for a Chamber Committee?
There are many reasons to get involved on a Chamber committee. These include:
- Networking: Build relationships with other business leaders, entrepreneurs, and community stakeholders. Find a mentor, business partner, or friend.

There are so many things that go into building a better business community from sustainability initiatives to creating opportunities for all, if you have a passion for building community, the Chamber likely has an initiative in that area.
- Job Opportunities: Expand your network and learn about potential job openings before they’re posted.
- Leadership Development: Hone your leadership skills by taking on a committee role.
