The panel included Max Mikalonis who drafted the MCRSA legislation under Rob Bonta, Neil Hall, the City of Alameda consultant regarding cannabis regulation, Josh Draydon, Deputy Director of the California Cannabis Industry Association, Jim Nelson, President of New Growth Insurance Company, Dr. Donald Land, Chief Scientific Consultant for Steep Hill Labs and Ben Larson, founder of Gateway Incubator.
